11 Feb GCSE Exam Success
We are very proud of the results obtained by Year 12 in the recent November GCSE modules in English, Mathematics and Science.
At this stage in the academic year, 69% of our pupils are on target to achieve A*-C in GCSE Mathematics, having completed 45% of their GCSE. In particular, we want to pay tribute to two of our Year 12 boys who transferred from the All-ability Pathway into Higher Maths, both achieving a grade A.
In the Science department 73% of our pupils achieved either a C or C* in their results. Some of these young people will now have the opportunity to sit a Higher module, to boost their grade.
Within the English department, 92% of the entire year group, achieved A*-C in their GCSE module. What a tremendous achievement.
