On Tuesday 3rd March Ulidia participated in a ‘take-over’ day from Mid and East Antrim Borough Council. All girls PE classes were involved throughout the day and were given the opportunity to take part in boxercise, body combat, aerobics and toning exercises.
This was a very enjoyable experience and the girls learnt how to perform a variety of punches and kicks while developing their fitness at the same time. A massive thank you to Emma for leading all of the classes over the course of the day! Well done to everyone who took part.
