12 Feb Year 9 Forecasting The Weather!
Over the past few weeks Year 9 have been busy studying the weather. As part of their unit of work they studied patterns of weather in the UK at summer and winter time, as well as rainfall patterns throughout the year.
For their assessment students prepared a weather forecast to present to their class. The students did very well and enjoyed the experience; Mrs Patterson especially enjoyed the weather themed jokes that were included in some of the presentations!
