11 Dec 8GRT Have A Great Time Tree Planting!
On Friday December 5th during their geography lesson, 8GRT took part in a tree planting activity.
Originally planted as seedlings two years ago as part of the jubilee celebrations by the then Year 8, the trees have now grown big enough to be planted down at our playing pitches where they are more exposed to the elements. Over 20 trees were planted including, ash, birch and oak.
Year 8 students will be able to watch the trees grow throughout their next seven years at Ulidia.
